There will be one heliport for every county. There will be 5 regions. Each region will have its own regional airport with exception to the central region which will have the international airport. This is designed in a way that would promote transit, and safety. I will go into detail about that in pages of this section. Every airport, and heliport will have a restricted zone. This is for obvious reasons, but also where the air ambulances, and police helicopters are found.
The system is designed for efficiency, and provide for as quick of a transport with a minimal on waste. Let’s assume someone will want to go from the North East, to the South West of the nation. They will need multiple flights, so they will start their day early. Assuming they have no automobile, they will take a public transit bus from their location to the county heliport. Soon enough, the helicopter will take the person from the heliport to the North East Regional Airport. From there, they will board a short haul single aisle jet to the Kaldan International Airport. If all works out, they should be there by noon. Eventually, they will take another short haul single aisle jet to the South West Regional Airport. From there, they will board a helicopter to take them to the county they need to go, and from there, they will take 1 (maybe 2) bus to where they need to go. This is a process that will take most of the day, but it is still quicker, and more efficient than driving from the North East to the South West.
If 2 counties have regular traffic between each other, then there will be a connection made with those 2 airports. Let’s take the above as an example. If there was regular traffic from North East to South West, then a regional airplane will go to the other side of the nation without requiring a layover at the international airport. This could shave a few hours of travel which will be beneficial to the passengers. The same will apply to heliports in the regional area. Helicopters will likely not be able to travel to the other side of the nation.
